We’ve identified an issue affecting call processing within our platform. The problem appears to originate between our MySQL database cluster and proxy layer, which is preventing our sip gateway from handling outbound and inbound call requests correctly.
Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
