2talk Outage Notification Scheduled Maintenance – Los Angeles PSTN
This Saturday at 21:00, we will be performing a planned upgrade of key servers as part of a broader container and operating system refresh. This includes hardware upgrades such as disk replacement and additional memory provisioning.
While we do not expect any interruption to normal voice services, a number of related systems will be restarted during a consequently go offline during the maintenance window: • Management portals • Websites • Faxing services • Messaging services • Video conferencing • Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) services
We anticipate these services may be intermittently unavailable for up to two hours.
